Mark Mooney, founder and director of Mt. Fernie Development Corp., brings more than 20 years of experience in land development, subdivision planning, rezoning, and project execution throughout Alberta and British Columbia.
Mark earned his Commerce degree from the University of Lethbridge in 1996 and later achieved his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation in 2018, combining business strategy with disciplined project delivery.
Over the years, he has successfully led a variety of residential, recreational, industrial, and resort-focused developments, including:
